For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below.

By registering an account on the Platform, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all documents incorporated by reference.
These Terms & Conditions are incorporated by reference with phpera's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which together constitute the complete agreement between you and phpera. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if registered, request account closure.
Important: These Terms & Conditions are governed by Philippine law and subject to PAGCOR regulatory oversight. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms in connection with any matter arising from your use of phpera.
The following eligibility conditions must be satisfied continuously for the duration of your use of the Platform.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to open an account or place any Wager on phpera. This is the minimum age mandated by PAGCOR for licensed online casino operations in the Philippines. phpera strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC document review. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently suspended, all funds will be returned to the source payment method after applicable deductions for real-money play already conducted, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR.
Zero Tolerance: phpera has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Any player who knowingly provides false age information during registration commits a material breach of these Terms and may be subject to account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
phpera's services are offered to players who are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, consistent with the geographic scope of phpera's PAGCOR license. Players residing in jurisdictions where online casino gambling is prohibited by local law are not eligible to use the Platform and do so at their own legal risk. phpera reserves the right to restrict or block access from jurisdictions outside the licensed scope.
You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting under any legal disability, and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence.
Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Attempts to create duplicate accounts, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identity documents, constitute a material breach of these Terms. phpera reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and report confirmed multi-accounting to PAGCOR.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. phpera may request documentary evidence to verify any information you have provided at any time. Providing false or misleading information — including false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. phpera will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify phpera's customer support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.
phpera is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by phpera for KYC purposes, including but not limited to: a government-issued Philippine ID (UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation where required by applicable thresholds.
phpera currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. phpera reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
All accounts on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, wins, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso. phpera does not apply currency conversion fees to PHP transactions.
The minimum deposit via GCash and PayMaya is ₱50. The minimum deposit via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) is ₱200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum transaction limits apply and are subject to your account verification level and payment method. phpera reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum limits at any time.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified in your phpera account and that were used for prior deposits on the same account, or to a verified Philippine bank account in your name. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to 3 business days. phpera reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns.
Anti-Money Laundering: phpera is subject to the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. phpera may delay, suspend, or report transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law, without prior notice to the Player.
Once placed and confirmed, a Wager is final and binding. phpera does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify confirmed wagers except in circumstances of a proven game technical error or a manifest error in posted odds or game parameters, as determined solely by phpera.
All phpera casino games — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win games — use Random Number Generation (RNG) systems independently certified in accordance with PAGCOR's technical standards. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot and RNG table games are made available to Players in the game descriptions prior to play. phpera does not manipulate RNG outcomes and has no mechanism to do so without detection by its certification authority.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects a game session, phpera will investigate and, where the error is verified, will void the affected round and return the corresponding wager amount to the Player's account balance. phpera's determination of technical errors is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 14.
Minimum and maximum wager limits vary by game type and individual table or slot title. Limits are displayed within each game interface before a wager is placed. phpera reserves the right to modify wager limits at any time, including imposing individual Player limits where phpera determines this is appropriate for risk management purposes.
All Bonuses offered by phpera are subject to specific wagering requirements, which specify the multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be wagered before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and any applicable game-weighting restrictions are disclosed in the individual promotion terms accompanying each offer.
Each promotion offered by phpera is available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times, whether through duplicate accounts or other means, constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
phpera reserves the right to void any Bonus and withhold any winnings derived from that Bonus in the following circumstances: (a) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in bonus abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities; (c) the Bonus was credited due to a technical error; (d) the Player's account has not completed KYC verification within 30 days of the Bonus being credited.
phpera reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated on the Platform with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised promotional terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. phpera reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold balances, and pursue legal remedies in connection with any violation.
- Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so;
- Providing false identity information, age, or residency details;
- Using the Platform while self-excluded or under a phpera-imposed suspension;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with games or the Platform;
- Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes and failing to report them to phpera immediately;
- Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act or any applicable Philippine law;
- Engaging in any fraudulent chargebacks with payment providers after valid gameplay has been conducted;
- Any conduct that phpera reasonably determines to be dishonest, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
phpera is committed to promoting responsible gambling in accordance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost through the account settings dashboard.
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after 24 hours.
- Session Time Limits: Configurable time alerts that notify you when a session has reached a specified duration.
- Loss Limits: Caps on the total net loss permitted within a specified period.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: A minimum 6-month or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Once initiated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires. phpera will take reasonable steps to identify and close any duplicate accounts during a self-exclusion period.

Mandatory Age Restriction — 21+: Access to real-money gaming on phpera is restricted to persons aged 21 years or older. PAGCOR mandates this minimum age for all licensed Philippine online casino operators. phpera enforces this through document-based KYC on every account. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately.
phpera collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules. The full details of how phpera handles your personal data — including data collected, purposes of collection, retention periods, and your rights as a data subject — are set out in the phpera Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law.
All content on the phpera Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and audiovisual materials — is the property of phpera or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of phpera.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phpera's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their phpera account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpera shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) any losses arising from technical faults, system downtime, or third-party service failures beyond phpera's reasonable control; or (d) decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the Platform.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of funds deposited. phpera does not guarantee any return on wagers placed. You accept sole responsibility for the consequences of your gambling decisions.
You may request closure of your phpera account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to void conditions will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.
phpera may suspend or permanently close a Player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: (a) any breach of these Terms; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; (c) suspicious transaction activity requiring investigation under AML obligations; (d) receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority; or (e) any other circumstance where phpera reasonably determines that continued account access poses a risk to phpera, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.
Where an account is closed by phpera due to a breach of these Terms, phpera reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Confirmed fraudulent or laundered funds will not be returned and will be handled in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR's regulatory requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. phpera operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact phpera's customer support team in writing and allow phpera twenty-one (21) calendar days to investigate and respond. The majority of player concerns are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.
If a dispute is not resolved informally within the prescribed period, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its dispute resolution procedures for licensed online gaming operators. phpera cooperates fully with all PAGCOR-directed investigations and resolution processes.
For matters not subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, with Makati City as the agreed venue for any legal proceedings.
phpera reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter period is required for regulatory compliance.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendments take effect.
